Web-based Access & Email Notifications
- Web login for access & visibility to inventory status, manual order entry and order file upload, order shipment tracking information, and Swan’s billed charges for all transactions….variable access levels are available for management assignment based on employee function
- Reporting of inventory levels & historical usage, orders pending & shipped, backorders, tracking reports, lot usage and many more……all of which are based on user defined parameters and date ranges, and are exportable to multiple formats
- Access to images & documents related to transactions (eg. scans of Packing Slips and Bills of Lading from inbound receipts, digital pictures of inventory items or receipts with problems)
- Event triggered email notifications……new inventory received, orders received, modified & shipped, inventory adjustments and returns, SKU-specific low stock alerts, order shipment notification to our client’s customers with tracking & client-specific content, etc.
- Reports can be scheduled for automated upload to our FTP site and automated download from FTP for import into our system, this is particularly useful for clients that manage a mirror inventory in their own internal ERP or financial systems and need to export & import order, tracking & inventory files with us on a daily basis
- Customization of all of our reports is available
- Permission based logins allow for client employees to be granted access to specific functions based on the discretion of our client’s management
